The accommodation offers 12 full beds, with an additional fold-out bed for an optional 13th person. However, seating around the dining table may feel a bit tight with 13 people. There is also a crib available for a younger guest.

The cheapest way to book our chalet is to rent it directly from us. In the rental contract you will find our bank account details (IBAN & BIC) where you can transfer the rental amount. In the table below you will find the current rental prices. You can contact us via the ‘Contact‘ page or send us an email directly to chaletstuhlfelden@gmail.com.

If you prefer to book our chalet through a booking platform, then we advise to use ‘Mittersill-Tourism-Board‘. The prices there do not differ much from the prices listed below. 

You can also find and book our chalet on VRBO, Airbnb or Booking.com. Depending on the booking platform, the rental amount is at least 17% higher than the prices listed on our page below. This is because they charge us as owners and you as a tenant extra costs, such as ‘Service costs’, ‘Rent commission’ and ‘online payment service’. The total costs can amount to 24% of the rental price.

We’re happy to provide our guests with both the M+ Guestcard and the Mobility Card during their stay.
With the M+ Guestcard, you can enjoy attractive discounts on a variety of local attractions and activities. The Mobility Card gives you the freedom to travel for free on public transportation across the entire SalzburgerLand region.

Additional charges:
– Tourist’s tax: 2.55 Euro per night per person older than 14 years, to be paid in cash upon arrival
– Deposit (500 euros), the deposit will be refunded within 7 days after your departure minus costs for defects

After booking we will send you the rental agreement. Only after receiving the signed rental agreement and the deposit, the reservation is final!

Payment
– 30% of the rent (including deposit) when booking
– 70% no later than 8 weeks before the start of the rental period

When booking within 8 weeks before rental date, you must immediately pay the entire rent, including deposit.

Cancellation: Please arrange a cancellation insurance. This gives you the option to cancel your trip in case of unforeseen circumstances.

Table Explanation

Prices in the table are based on a 7-day stay:

• High season: Stays are Saturday to Saturday.
• Low season: Stays are a minimum of 6 days and can start on any day.
• Daily rate: 1/7 of the weekly price.

Special weeks (Christmas, January, and February): The price covers the entire house, regardless of guest number.

Other weeks: Prices cover up to 8 people, with an extra charge for each additional guest, as shown in the table.
